Trying to recall a Japanese yaoi title

I don’t remember the story, but I only remember that there is a dude from the past (I think), that is inhabiting inside another guy’s body that exist in the modern world. Apparently, body’s original owner is very depressed and wants to die, so he willingly gives his body to the other soul. Both the current dude and the guy from the past have very similar looks.
