It's not the first BL story where the character who was obviously attracted to women before meeting the MC/ML suddenly claims that he's gay…i mean, you be attracted to both guys and gals (Bisexuality is a spectrum)
And when/ if they're in a relationship with someone so they'd obviously have eyes only for them (their partner)but that doesn't mean they've ” Turned” Gay or straight! There's a “B” in LGBTQ for a reason!
Seriously, the only BLs where character MLs are canonically Bi are Shutline (Jake) and BJ Alex (Jiwon).
Why is there so much Bi erasure in BLs??😭
