Looking for a manhwa I read decades ago

There was this manhwa I partially read ages ago, maybe more than 15 years ago that I want to revisit.

All I can remember is that it was black and white, the story featured the main character taking his sister’s place or pretending to be his sister for some royal engagement. I remember a scene where he used apples for padding in his dress and one had rolled out while the male lead was there.
