The seme belongs to a moderne day royal family, and the uke grew up with him as a the son of an attendant or something like that.
The uke suffers from sleepwalking and the seme would always find him and put him back to bed. The would only sleep if he smells a specific perfume that belongs to the seme. He leaves the castle for some reason and will come back as adult and they will be in a relationship, thenuke still suffer from sleepwalking. I think the antagonist would be the cousin of the seme.
