I believe it was a manhwa not a manga, the main character got screwed over by some guy and was in debt to a mafia so he started working for them. The first panel was him saying he had to suck his boss’s dick. Only story point I remember is his boss was the mafia’s leaders bastard son. The main character was also hot tempered and got into a lot of fights
