Any BL works with this trope out there?

Specifically having the seme be an abusive asshole and having him bottom later in the story as a form of atonement?

I’m not looking for stories where they simply switch, I want it to be a consequence of the seme’s shitty behavior. Like, maybe the uke got raped by the seme and now feels absolutely disgusted at the idea of bottoming again, so the seme sacrifices his ass to keep their relationship going. Stuff like that.
