Bl manga where the uke and seme are childhood friends that did judo or some kind of martial arts together. The uke became a detective or police chief through the encouragement of the seme when they were little. Fast forward to adulthood, the uke ran into the seme at a food stall while chasing a suspect. The seme then give uke food and his card and tells him to drop by some time.
I believe the death of the seme’s dog is what drove them apart because when uke came to comfort the seme and he got pushed him down.
I know the story ended with the uke putting on his uniform and doing a community safety demonstration to mostly kids and moms. Seme leaves early and uke joins him back at semes how still wearing his uniform to show seme.
I think it was one story in a two story manga but I dont remember what the other story could be… I do know that it was alternating pov
