Basically the context of the story is the first few chapters is about this couple; top is blonde haired, bottom is black haired, the beginning of the scene is like they’re having sex but the bottom isn’t just feeling it anymore, so they try exhibitionism, and like he enjoys it, the next chapter is about how bottom gets mad and accidentally pushes top down the stairs and end up going to the hospital with a broken leg, where they have sex there too (there’s a patient next to them pretending to be asleep saying they want to ask the hospital to change rooms— in his thoughts), then next is like the top is on a business trip, bottom can’t ‘feel it’ so he tries to go out with a toy, and gets hard when a stranger asks him if he’s okay, he realises that ‘something is wrong with him’ blames the top (playfully in a way) and says he can’t get hard anymore unless he’s outside having sex, the top says really and they do like a ‘dog walking’ play, where too secretly pays a guy to ‘go on a walk’ making the bottom hard, they fuck, and bottom is happy.
