Looking for a manhwa

I’m looking for a manhwa. It’s a yaoi and I think it’s quite new (probably not more than approx. 20 chapters).

It’s about a blonde man who lives in an orphanage and goes to a place (maybe to take care) of a man who lives in what I believe is a mansion. He catches him being intimate with someone. Later, he becomes involved with that man himself.

I think that man might be a vampire or something, because his wounds heal very quickly. The people at the orphanage were hesitant about him going, because there were some stories about that mansion or people disappearing.
