I don’t remember if it’s abo but I think it was.
I’m pretty sure I found it on NovelUpdates.
It’s a ‘transmigration’ novel where mc wakes up in a hospital as someone else, I believe either his husband/ fiance shows up.
MC has no memories and instead of pretending to be the person he now is he just fesses up his real name and identity etc. They think he’s crazy and don’t necessarily believe him.
He gets diagnosed with either delusional disorder or did.
I remember him going back for multiple therapy appointments. ML was cold and non believing of MC in the beginning.
MC also gets fragments of memories every so often and it was really stressing him out.
