It’s an ongoing series about a guy who has an annoying friend with a really hot older brother the main character has been in love with since high school. he has a sex dream about the older brother and it turns out the older brother had the exact same dream. the two continue to have sex dreams with each other not knowing they are in each other’s dreams. the older brother is also studying to be a doctor and is debating leaving town to get residency at another hospital but realizes he likes the main character and the main character thinks he’s a burden and weird and stops pursuing.
