Firstly, Just wanted to remind everyone that if you think a post is breaking a rule, even in the slightest, hit that report button. I promise I look at each and every single report. Even if I’m not available in time to see a report, automod will automatically take down a post and send it to us for review after a certain amount of reports.
I see some people commenting some grievances about how posts aren’t taken down, even if they reported them. I can almost guarantee if you report a post and go back to said post later, it mostly likely has been removed. On mobile, sometimes removed posts are still in the app’s cache, so they might still be visible while scrolling. Refreshing Reddit (usually) gets rid of them, they’ll also go away eventually on their own.
If something you did report IS taken down, and you strongly feel it should be for any reason, feel free to message us with the modmail.
ALSO, another reminder to make sure you properly use flairs! Anything that isn’t “vanilla” should be tagged with the “Extreme” flair. So, anything including sounding or piercings or S&M or BDSM or anything like that. (Anything MORE extreme than that, though, isn’t allowed)
tl;dr: Reports matter, report anything you feel you should!
