Trying to find a yaoi manga oneshot that I read probably 10 years ago, with a mostly straight laced officeworker type character who had a single tattoo on his foot of a cupid’s arrow (arrow through a heart), but without the heart, so it was just an arrow with a gap in the middle. He originally got it because he thought he would never fall in love, but being this genre, of course he did eventually fall in love, and was slightly embarassed about the tattoo.
I clearly remember this plot point but can’t for the life of me remember the title!
