it was maybe 2018 when i read it, it was about two boys that were in an orphanage together when they were kids, i believe the mc’s mom died in an earthquake and the ml had a heart condition
it starts with the ml almost dying and then they give you flashbacks to their childhood
one of them gets adopted by a rich person and they loose touch
i didn’t finish it so idk how it ends
