In my case it would be “Fallen Hero” from Naop (Anything). In a nutshell, like the title says, is about how a noble determinate hero/knight fall to depravity and end up be a slut that loves dicks. This is an usual bad ending story, but I always got this feeling that the story could have continue and even end in a relatively good ending for the knight, mostly for his companion that I always imagine him helping the knight to get out of that dizzy/silly state, but without leave out completely his new likes lol.
